THE HIGHEST WATERFALL IN SRI LANKA

                             Bambarakanda  Falls 


💦Bambarakanda Falls is the highest waterfall in sri lanka.

💦Its height is 263m (863ft)

💦This is the 299th highest waterfall in the world. 





 This is Located in Kalupahana area.   of badulla Distric.44 is located 5   Km  away.This is created by the   small stream which is a tributary of the kuruva Ganga. 


         At Bambarakanda falls, you will find a forest fullof pines... Balangoda,Hapuuthale Road, after going about 32Km from Balangoda, you will find the Kalupahana Junction . After about 4.5 Km road on the left hand side, you will find the ticket counter. Stairs are designed with safety railings for easy walking. The short walk through the pine forest is very charming. 



💧This is a very scenic stream.

💧A beautiful waterfall that catches the eye of many foreigners.
